We do not at any time guarantee that this website or any content on it will always be available or be without interruption. You are granted access our website always on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or amend or remove all or any part of our website as we see fit without notice. We will not be liable to you or any other party if for any reason our website is not available to you at any time or for any period of time.
The images used to display our products are for illustrative purposes only. Please note that whilst we make every effort to display images accurately the actual goods you receive may possibly vary slightly from those images.
While every care is taken to accurately describe our products, customers should satisfy themselves that the products ordered meet their specific requirements. The company reserves the right to alter, improve or amend specification on all items without prior notice.
THE ORDER PROCESS
Eligibility to Place an Order.
To place an order you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be 18 years or over.
- You will need an active email address.
- You may have to set your browser to accept both (functional) cookies and pop-ups in order to be able to use all the functionalities of our website and complete an online order.
- We do not sell to resellers or bulk buyers directly through our website.
Placing an Online Order on our Website.
- Find the products you want, one by one.
- Add the products to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout area.
- Select whether you wish to register as a user or use the Guest checkout facility.
- Select delivery and then payment options.
- Please be sure to review your order.
- When you’re happy the products and all details are all correct, only then should you Submit your order.
- You will then receive an online order acknowledgement.
- Following this you will receive an online order confirmation.
- Once your order is submitted we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your placed order.
- If for reasons beyond our control we are unable to fulfil your order and supply you with a product, we will inform you of this and will not process your order.
Special Purchase Products
Some of our products may have incomplete or damaged packaging. This will be clearly stated in the product description and by purchasing said items you are agreeing to buy the product in that advertised state. If you have any query regarding a particular product and its packaging box or material please do not purchase the item and contact us directly first.
PRICES, PAYMENTS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All product prices in this website include Value Added Tax (VAT) but exclude any shipping costs
The prices charged for the products will be as displayed on the Website at the time your order is submitted. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed in an Order Confirmation.
We only accept payments through PayPal. All financial transactions are handled by PayPal.
Shipping & Delivery.
We aim to deliver your items at the most competitive rates, and for this reason we ship based on weight rather than per item. Please see here for our Delivery charges and details.
Inspection of Your Product(s) Upon Delivery.
Upon arrival of your delivery, you are advised to immediateley inspect the packaging for damage or any other issues. If there are any issues or it appears that one or more of the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please use the form in our Returns section if you need to return your product.
Please note returns will only be accepted if the product(s) is/are returned to us within 28 days of purchase and they must be in a pristine completely unworn state with complete packaging and returned in the same condition as when you received them.
Please note we have strict guidelines for accepting returns and we will NOT accept any returns if we believe the following to be true;
- The purchased item has been visibly used or worn other than
for simple trying on purposes.
- The item is marked, stained or dirty in any way.
- The packaging has been removed, lost, discarded or damaged.
- The item has been clearly damaged in return transit due to
insufficient or incomplete packaging.
- The item was returned outside of the 28 day returns period.
Product exchanges are currently not possible, but you do have the option of returning your product(s), using the Returns procedure detailed above.
